How long will it take to get my order?
Each Cheeky Boss Bee product is made just for you — no boring warehouse shelves here. Expect about 3–5 weeks for your item to be produced and shipped (some take less time, depending on the product). Digital downloads, of course, arrive faster than your caffeine buzz.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we ship within Canada and the U.S. If you’re a Queen Bee outside those borders, send us a message — we’ll see what kind of magic we can work.
What about returns or exchanges?
Because our products are made-to-order, we can’t accept returns unless something arrives damaged or defective. If that happens, buzz us right away at cheekybossbee@gmail.com with a photo, and we’ll make it right.
My order says “fulfilled” but I haven’t received it yet.
Once it leaves our hive, shipping times depend on your local postal service. Keep an eye on your tracking link (and maybe have a snack while you wait).
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! We use industry-standard SSL encryption and secure payment processing to protect your information. Your payment details go straight to our secure payment processor — we never see or store your credit card information. Shop with confidence, Queen. Your financial crown jewels are safe in the Hive.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order begins production, it’s already buzzing through the hive and can’t be changed or canceled. But if you catch it early (within 12 hours of placing it), email cheekybossbee@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to stop the worker bees mid-flight.
What if my items arrives damaged?
Oh no — that’s not the kind of surprise we like! If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, snap a quick photo and email us at cheekybossbee@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right, faster than a bee chasing down a latte.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We keep things fair and transparent — no hidden stings! You’ll see all shipping options (and estimated delivery times) before you buzz off to payment.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
How do I access my download after purchase?
You’ll receive an instant email with your download link right after checkout. If it doesn’t land in your inbox, check your spam (sometimes the Queen’s messages get lost among the peasants).
Can I share my downloads with friends?
Nope — each file is for personal use only. If your bestie wants one, send her our way! Sharing files is so not Queen behaviour.
I’m not techy. Can you walk me through it?
Absolutely. Once downloaded, open the PDF on your computer, tablet, or phone. You can print it or use it digitally with apps like GoodNotes or Notability. Easy-peasy, buzz-worthy productivity.
Can I use these for commercial purposes?
Our digital downloads come in high-resolution downloads, perfect for all your queenly needs. Each download is optimized for both digital use and print use.
